Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Global Family eSports Foundation ("we", "us") handles information in the iPhone app Found Key (Japanese name: みっけ！, the "App") and on the website foundkey.app (the "Site").

01Information we collect

The App has no way of sending information to our servers. We do not collect your photos, text read from them, your name, email address, device identifiers, location or usage data. The App contains no analytics, advertising or tracking.

02Photo access and text recognition

• With your permission, the App reads your iPhone's photo library.
• Text in your photos is read on your device only, using Apple's built-in text recognition (Vision).
• The recognized text is used momentarily to decide whether a photo contains a password, ID or similar, and is never stored.
• The App stores only which photos matched which category (e.g. "password", "bank account") and which photos have been checked. This record is protected so it cannot be read while your device is locked.

03iCloud-only photos

If you turn on "Include iCloud-only photos", photos that are stored only in iCloud are downloaded from Apple to your own iPhone so they can be checked. This happens between you and Apple; nothing is sent to us. Apple's privacy policy applies.

04Face ID

Opening found photos requires Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode. Biometric data is handled by iOS and is never available to the App or to us.

05Deleting photos

When you delete a photo in the App, it is deleted from your Photos library (it moves to "Recently Deleted"). Deletion only happens after you confirm it.

06Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles your payment information; we never receive it. The App only checks, through Apple, whether a purchase has been made.

07Sharing with third parties

Since we do not collect your information, we do not share it with anyone.

08Deleting your data

All records kept by the App are erased with "Reset Scan History" in Settings, or by deleting the App.

09About this Site

The Site is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. For secure delivery, Cloudflare may briefly process information such as your IP address. The Site uses no tracking cookies or analytics. Fonts are served by Google Fonts.

10Children

The App does not collect information from anyone, regardless of age.

11Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the update on this page and revise the date above.
